R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for the construction of improvements on FM 364 (Major
Drive) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the
construction of improvements on FM 364 (Major Drive) be, and the
same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 143: 6, 360 square feet out of the A. Savery
Survey, Abstract 46
Owners: Mr . & Mrs. James G. Guidry
Appraised Value: $42,050
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
