BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with the firm of Pollans and Cohen as consultants on
the Entex Rate Increase Request at a cost including expenses of
Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000) .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
