BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
three (3 ) sanitary sewer line crossing permits from the Southern
Pacific Transportation (Railroad) Company for a fee of Two Hundred
Sixty Dollars ( $260) each.
PASSED BY THE CnCITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
