BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay Rusco
Electronic Systems Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen Dollars and
Eighty Cents ($3,916.80) for an annual maintenance contract for the
automated fuel system equipment.
