WHEREAS, on September 30, 1985 bids were received for an
annual contract for the purchase of computer paper; and,
WHEREAS, Bowater Computer Forms, Inc. of Plano, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $11, 556. 21 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Bowater Computer Forms, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Bowater Computer Forms, Inc. be accepted by the
City of Beaumont in the amount of $11,556.21 for an annual contract
for the purchase of computer paper.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
