R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
agreements to employ the firms of Underwood, Neuhaus and Company as
fiscal agents and Vinson and Elkins as Bond Counsel in connection
with the completion of the refunding of the Waterworks and Sewer
System Certificates of Obligation sold to the Texas Water
Development Board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to pay, from the proceeds of the sale, the
fees of Underwood, Neuhaus and Company and Vinson and Elkins in
accordance with the agreements herein authorized.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
