WHEREAS, on September 23, 1985, bids were received for an
annual contract for the purchase of aqua ammonia; and,
WHEREAS, Weskem, Inc. of Houston, Texas submitted a bid
in the amount of $325 per ton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Weskem, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Weskem, Inc. be accepted by the City of
Beaumont in the amount of $325 per ton for an annual contract to
purchase aqua ammonia.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
