BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to amend the
contract between the City of Beaumont and the State Health
Department for blood screening of potential AIDS victims to extend
the term of the contract and to execute each amendment to extend
the contract if such extensions are offered by the State.
