WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for the College Street T.I . P. Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the College
Street T. I .P. Project be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 24: 80.325 square feet out of Lot 12,
Block 1 , Blanchette Addition
Owners: John Harvison, Robert W. St.
Clair, J. D. St. Clair and
William E. St. Clair
Appraised Value: $1 , 300
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
