BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Johnston Pump of Houston, Texas One Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-
Four Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($1 ,494.35) and American
Machine Works of Beaumont, Texas One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($1 ,500) for the emergency purchase of parts and repairs to a pump
at the East Lavaca Lift Station.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
