WHEREAS, as a member agency of the Jefferson County
Appraisal District, the City of Beaumont is entitled to cast six
hundred seventy-five (675) votes in the election to name the
district' s board of directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to direct
that all six hundred seventy-five (675) votes be cast for G. Wayne
Turner who is nominated as a candidate of the Board.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
