WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for the Highland Avenue T.I .P. Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the Highland
Avenue T. I .P Project be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 12: 0 .002 acres out of Block 3-A of the
W. W. Chaison Addition
Owner: Mrs. Fredy Kate Landis
Appraised Value: $95
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
