R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for improvements to FM 364 from College north to the
railroad track (Major Drive) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for improvements
to FM 364 from College north to the railroad track (Major Drive) be,
and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 142: 0 .188 acres out of the A. Savery
League, Abstract 46
Owner: Mrs. Gladys McDougle
Appraised Value: $19, 500
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1985.
