WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the printing of
12, 000 Fleet Maintenance Work Order Forms; and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Business Forms of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 , 295. 28; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Gulf Coast Business Forms is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gulf Coast Business Forms for the printing
of 12, 000 Fleet Maintenance Work Order Forms be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
