R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Highway Equipment of Houston, Texas Nine Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ( $9, 100) for emergency repairs to a 1982 Fiat-Allis
bulldozer used in landfill operations.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
