WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for the College Street T .I . P. Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the College
Street T .I .P . Project be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 16: 500 square feet out of Lot 145,
Block 13, B . D. Crary Addition
Owner: M . I . Pitts
State' s Approved Value: $1 ,000
Parcel 19: 500 square feet out of Lot 151,
Block 13, B . D. Crary Addition
Owner: Roy Gonzales
State' s Approved Value: $7, 125
