R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for Dr . Martin Luther King, Jr . Parkway/Spur 380, Phase
III;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF -BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for Dr . Martin
Luther King, Jr . Parkway/Spur 380, in the name of the State of
Texas, be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 228: 8, 250 square feet out of Lots 1 ,
2 and 3 , Block 19 of the Ogden
Addition
Owner: Ernest H. Foster
State' s Approved Value: $29,000
