R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with Ronald Pfleider for the operation of the Henry
Homberg Golf Course with a term of three (3 ) years.
