R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City has contracted with Allied Bank of
Beaumont and First City Bank of Beaumont as City depositories for
investment purposes; and,
WHEREAS, Allied Bank Beaumont, N.A. wishes to release the
following security being held at Allied Bank of Texas, Houston:

and,
WHEREAS, First City Bank of Beaumont wishes to release
the following security being held at the Federal Reserve Bank of
Dallas - Houston Branch:

and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Allied Bank of Beaumont and First City Bank of Beaumont be
permitted to release the above-described securities and a certified
copy of this resolution shall constitute the approval of such
release and evidence of the authority of said banks to make said
release.
