BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
all of the necessary documents for settlement of the case styled
Lamar Bank , et al vs. City of Beaumont, No. E-111,414.
