R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developers of Willow Bend Drive have completed
the water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements as follows:
Willow Bend Drive from Walden Road south a distance
of 3, 300 feet
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements in Willow
Bend Drive, as above described, be, and the same are hereby, accepted
by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the
City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
