WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the purchase of
parking citations; and,
WHEREAS, Mr . Forms, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid
in the amount of $1 , 105; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Mr. Forms, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mr. Forms, Inc. for parking citations in
the amount of $1 , 105 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
