BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to establish
a special bank account at Texas Commerce Bank - Beaumont for the
payment of health insurance claims to our plan administrator
effective October 1, 1985.
