BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement granting MHMR of Southeast Texas a Consent to Encroach
Upon Easement at its location out of Block 24 of the Cartwright
Roberts Subdivision "A" .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
