R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT C . A. Shelton, Acting City Manager, be, and he is hereby,
authorized to sign all documents concerning Environmental
Protection Agency Grants Nos. C-48-1254-03 and C-48-1254-04 for the
construction of sewer improvement projects for the City of Beaumont
effective October 1, 1985.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
