BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the contract between the City of Beaumont and the Texas
Department of Health be, and the same is hereby, amended to extend
the term of the original contract through August 15, 1985.
