R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City has contracted with Texas Commerce Bank
of Beaumont as a City depository bank for investment purposes;
and,
WHEREAS, Texas Commerce Bank of Beaumont wishes to have
the City release the following security with Texas Commerce Bank -
Houston:
RECEIPT NO. DESCRIPTION PAR VALUE
467976 U.S . Treasury Note, 11 .0%; $ 500,000.00
due 2/15/90
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Texas Commerce Bank - Houston be permitted to release the
above-described security and a certified copy of this resolution
shall constitute evidence of the authority of Texas Commerce Bank -
Houston to make said release.
