WHEREAS, on August 28 , 1984, the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract to E . R. Dupuis Concrete Company in the amount of
$76,008 ( City' s share, including engineering fee, $30,818 .59) for
the Whitson' s Way Participation Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Whitson' s Way Participation Project is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and that the City Manager be, and
he is hereby , authorized to make final payment to E . R. Dupuis
Concrete Company in the amount of $3 ,743 .56 .
