BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
railroad crossing permits for three ( 3 ) railroad crossings from the
Santa Fe Railway Co. for Contracts 17A & 17C, sanitary sewer
improvements.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
