BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
mutual aid law enforcement agreements with the surrounding
municipalities or counties to provide for mutual aid between the
law enforcement departments of such municipalities and counties in
undercover operations to combat criminal activity.
