R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into a contract with Hurricane Fence Company to relocate fences, as
a result of the widening of Gladys Street from Major Drive to
Dowlen Road, in an amount not to exceed $1 ,162.
