BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a public hearing shall be held at 1 : 15 p.m. on August 27 , 1985
in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, the City of Beaumont,
Texas at which time all interest parties shall be heard concerning
the proposed budget of the City of Beaumont the Revenue Sharing
Budget of the City of Beaumont and proposed modifications of routes
and scheduling of the Beaumont Municipal Transit System.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby , directed to cause to be published notices of the place and
time of such public hearing on the budgets and transit
modifications. Said notice to be published not less than seven (7 )
days prior to the public hearings.
