BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to file an
application to aid in the financing of Beaumont Municipal Transit
Passengers Amenities Project in the amount of $156,573 with the
State Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby , authorized to execute and submit all of the necessary
grant contract agreements in connection with the above-stated
capital assistance grant.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
