BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to employ
the services of Curtis Construction Company to move a Lektriever
file from the Police Department to Municipal Court at a cost of
One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ( $1 ,995) .
