WHEREAS, the developers of Evangeline Meadow, Unit III, Phase
4 , have completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements as follows:
Street Improvements:
Northmeadow Drive from Spring Meadow Drive
approximately 115 feet east from Spring Meadow
Drive
Meadowbrook Drive from Westmeadow Drive
approximately 675 feet east to Spring Meadow
Drive
Westmeadow Drive from the existing pavement
approximately 411 feet north
Spring Meadow Drive from the existing pavement
approximately 965 feet north
Meadowick Drive from Spring Meadow Drive
approximately 135 feet to the existing
pavement
Water Improvements:
Lots 23-36, Block 8
Lots 30-35, Block 9
Lots 4-10, Block 10
Lots 11-20, Block 12
Lots 1-11, Block 13
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said subdivision desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements
in Evangeline Meadow Unit III, Phase 4 , as above described, be, and
the same are hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City.
