BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the action of the City Manager in executing a commitment for
municipal bond insurance on the city' s behalf with the Financial
Guaranty Insurance Company in conjunction with the refunding of
general obligation bonds and certificates of obligation be, and the
same is hereby , approved and ratified.
