R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an agreement with Lamar University for the rehabilitation of
Georgia Street from Callaghan Street to University Drive provided
that Lamar University furnishes the money for materials for
construction.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
