R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an engineering services contract with Schaumburg and Polk , Inc. for
water and sewer line relocation on Washington Boulevard at a
not-to-exceed cost of $46,795 ( Design Phase - $24,570 ; Construction
Phase - $22,225) .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
