R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an engineering services contract with Mark Whitely and Associates
for water and sewer line relocation on U. S. Highway 90 (College
Street) at a not-to-exceed cost of $90,000 ( Design Phase - $58,000,
Construction Phase - $32,000) .
