BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant
Southwestern Bell Telephone Company a four foot permanent easement
and a six foot temporary construction easement along the south
property line, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, of Fire
Station No. 9 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
