BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute a
license agreement with St. Elizabeth Hospital for construction of
an overhead crosswalk .
