WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for right-of-way
acquisition for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway/Spur 380, Phase
III;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for Dr. Martin
Luther King, Jr. Parkway/Spur 380, in the name of the State of
Texas, be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 233: 2 ,500 square feet out of Lot 1 , Block
19, Blanchette 2nd Addition (whole
taking)
Owners: Terrell and Emma Henley
State' s Approved Value: $24,480
