R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the preliminary official statements of the City of Beaumont
dated July 30 , 1985, relating to the sale of approximately $4 .750
Million of Certificates of Obligation, Series 1985, and $15.7
Million of General Obligation Bonds, Series 1985, be, and the same
are hereby , approved and the City Attorney, the firm of Orgain,
Bell and Tucker, the firm of Vinson and Elkins, and Underwood,
Neuhaus and Company be, and the same are hereby, authorized to make
changes to said documents as necessary to accurately reflect the
conditions of the City of Beaumont necessary to such official
statements. The underwriters are hereby authorized to proceed with
the bond sale.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
