R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 17 , 1985 bids were .received for the
demolition and .removal of dangerous structures located at 1855
Nora, 1855 Nora ( rear) , 3760 Usan, 2389 Washington, 11420 Pine
Haven, 2965 Renaud, 2975 Renaud, 1260 Gladys, 1210 Oakland, 265 E.
Plum, 235 E . Simmons, 835 Lee and rear shed, 1539 Port, 760 Powell,
745 Schwarner, and 675 Stanton; and,
WHEREAS, the following bids were submitted:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
submitted are the lowest and best bids and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted in the amounts shown for the demolition and
.removal of the dangerous structures listed above are hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
