WHEREAS, the City has contracted with MBank-Beaumont as a
City depository bankfor investment purposes; and,
WHEREAS, MBank-Beaumont wishes to have the City release
the following security being held at MBank-Houston:

633679 Federal Land Banks Bond, 8 .80%; $ 150,000.00
due 10/21/85; Cusip Number

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT M-Bank of Beaumont, Texas be permitted to release the
above-described security and a certified copy of this resolution
shall constitute evidence of the authority of MBank of Beaumont,
Texas to make said release.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
