R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 28 , 1984, the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract to E . R. Dupuis Concrete Company in the amount of
$321,627.93 (City' s share, including engineering fee, $123,254 .72)
for the Willow Bend Drive Participation Project II; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with plans and specifications less an adjustment for deficient
thickness of pavement leaving the total cost of $320,043.59 (City' s
share $121,670.38 ) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Willow Bend Drive Participation Project II is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and that the City Manager be, and
he is hereby , authorized to make final payment to E . R. Dupuis
Concrete Company in the amount of $17,552.52.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
