BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Mayor William E. Neild be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a purchase contract with:
Texas Commerce Bank , National Association;
E. F. Hutton & Company, Inc. ;
Allied Bank of Texas;
First City National Bank of Houston;
InterFirst Bank-Dallas, N.A.;
MBank Capital Markets; and
George K . Baum and Company
as underwriters on the $50,260,000 issuance of refunding bonds.
