WHEREAS, on July 8 ,1985, bids were received for the
purchase of 14,500 square yards of ground stabilization fabric for
use at the Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, Geo Tech Fabric of Baton Rouge, Louisiana
submitted a bid in the amount of $7, 177 .50; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Geo Tech Fabric is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Geo Tech Fabric in the amount of $7,177 .50
for the purchase of 14,500 square yards of ground stabilization
fabric for use at the Landfill is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
