WHEREAS informal bids were received for the purchase of
pipe bends; and,
WHEREAS, National Concrete Products of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,874 .40 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by National Concrete Products is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by National Concrete Products in the amount of
$1 ,874.40 for the purchase of pipe bends is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
