BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to establish
a zero-base ( Imprest) account at First City National Bank-Beaumont
for the payment of health insurance claims.
